CROSSINGBORDERS Information & Consultation Centre - SOS Japan Visa - is operated by experienced visa and immigration consultants, regulated by the Immigration Bureau of Tokyo through the Kanagawa Prefecture Administrative Lawyers Association (Gyoseishoshikai).

We provide online consultation via Zoom (or other video call tools upon request) to answer your questions.  Please feel free to send your inquiry form and we will be happy to help you taking a step forward.

1. Consultations are by appointment only.  Please check the calendar below and let us know your preferred date and time.

3. As a rule, consultations are conducted via Zoom. If you have any other tools you would like to use, please indicate so in the remarks box of the form below.
   
   
4. The first 30 minutes is free of charge, thereafter the fee is ¥ 5,500 / 30 minutes (tax included).
   
   
5. After the consultation, we can also prepare documents related to the content of the consultation and make enquiries to the relevant authorities on your behalf.  Please ask for details at the time of consultation.
   
   
6. Invoices are issued according to the time spent. Please pay by bank transfer or Paypal.To book an online consultation, please check our availabilty on the calendar below, then fill in the form below and click SUBMIT.

• The online consultation will be held by Zoom or other video call tools.  An invitation will be sent to your email address.
• If you wish other video call tool (via Messenger or Line), please let us know when you submit your first message.
• Overtime fee for out of hours consultation or further support fee might be charged by Paypal (or by other way of payment upon request).  Please ask for detail if  your case seems to be a bit complex.
